My Bella (a medium-haired Calico queen!) has stayed at Aunty Ali’s Cat Hotel twice, and I could not be happier with the care she receives. Every day, I got videos of Alison playing with her, brushing her, and giving her all the attention she adores—truly more than she gets at home. Bella looked vibrant, relaxed, and completely content, especially perched by the windows watching birds in the cool St. Joseph breeze.

What really sets this place apart is Alison herself. She notices everything—from Bella’s moods to her occasional constipation—and checks in to make sure she is healthy in every way. She gives personalized tips that are genuinely helpful; she is like a walking “Google for Cats,” and I often go to her for advice.

Alison’s love for animals is heartfelt and real. She cares deeply for every pet that comes through her doors, and it shows.

If you want complete peace of mind while travelling, this is the best place you could leave your cat. Bella always comes home happy—and I feel confident knowing she is loved, safe, and wonderfully cared for.

Alison is absolutely wonderful! From the moment we met her, we felt completely at ease leaving our two cats in her care. She is attentive, reliable, and clearly have a genuine love for animals. I started using Alison’s comfort cat hotel in 2022 to board my beloved boy Loki. I love that it is cage-free!! The suites are clean, extremely spacious and filled with toys and comfortable surfaces for your fur baby. The communication you receive is top tier. The regular photo and video updates are reassuring and allow me to enjoy my travels with total peace of mind. Loki has some minor health concerns and Alison is very vigilant and over the years has gone above and beyond in offering advice and care for him.

Loki is comfortable and happy with her and I always come home to a well cared for cat. Alison is professional and a true cat lover and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better pet sitter. I trust her completely and recommend her without hesitation.

Leaving Jay while I was in medical school in Barbados from 2022 to 2023 during my breaks was never easy, especially because he is a senior cat and very particular about people and new environments. But every single time he stayed with Alison I had complete peace of mind. Alison truly went above and beyond. She even came to pick him up each time which made everything so much easier for me. From the moment he arrived she had everything set up for him like he was royalty. He had his own comfortable space, attention, and care tailored specifically to him. It honestly felt like he was treated like a king. Jay does not warm up to just anyone, but he clearly loved being there and seemed so happy and relaxed. Alison sent me constant updates with pictures and videos which meant everything to me while I was away. Seeing my senior boy comfortable and well cared for made being apart so much easier during such a demanding time in medical school. Alison is amazingly caring and sweet and truly has a special way with cats. She treated Jay like her own with patience and love. I would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for exceptional care and I would trust her again without hesitation.

Alison was one of my favorite parts about living in Barbados. I knew our cats would be well taken care of every time we left the island. She sends regular updates and, while I would never say our cats liked being boarded, they came home healthy and well cared for every time. Cannot recommend Alison enough!

I have never met anyone so devoted to the welfare and comfort of our cats as Alison is. We have boarded our cats with Alison for 2 years consecutively. Alison would send us video and text updates of our boys on a regular basis- and when we went to collect our cats I really think that they would have rather stayed with her! The love and attention that Alison gives to our cats, alongside her knowledge of cat behaviour and understanding of their needs is nothing I have ever experienced in the UK. She is a truly wonderful and special person- if your cat is boarding with her you can sleep soundly in the knowledge that they are having the best time!!

Sweet Pea gained an auntie when she boarded with Alison and CCH. She was treated like royalty and I think she appreciated the calm environment while we were away. We received so many updates and a lot of information before we left. The process is super efficient. We will certainly be booking again when needed.

Leaving our cat with Alison is the best decision I make every time we go away. Her Cattery is everything you hope for - cosy, secure and genuinely loving. The pens are spacious with plenty of toys, viewing and climbing platforms to keep cats entertained and happy and it’s clear that every detail has been thought through with the cats wellbeing in mind.
What really sets Alison apart is how personalised her care is. She takes the time to get to know each cat’s personality and routine, so our cat settles in quickly. The regular photos and updates she sends are such a reassurance. I always know our cat is in safe, kind hands.

Aunty Alison is a cat whisperer. They all love her, and she loves them! There is no one we would trust more with our senior cats than her. Her keen instinct recognized a health issue that needed urgent treatment and gained us more time with our beloved Jasmine. We are forever grateful!
