Alison was so lovely and accommodated keeping my maddie boops during my purchasing & renovating a house. With many a delay, alison went the extra mile to keep maddie safe & comfortable. I was able to visit her so she didn't feel I abandoned her.

Fabulous cat hotel! My fur babies enjoy the time they spend here. There’s lots to do: ladders to climb, cat trees to explore, boxes to curl up in. And Aunty Alison has an array of toys to play with and feathery items that are good to jump at. She especially makes time for them and plays with each (I have three!) I leave them with Alison knowing that they will be taken care of and that they are safe which is the constant worry of a pet owner. Full kudos to Comfort Cat Hotel!!

The Comfort Cat Hotel (CCH) is indeed a "home away from home" for cats. During my various travels I found comfort (pun intended) in Alison and her team to take care of Tommie and provide the level of safe and caring environment she is accustomed to at home. The CCH offers all the amenities a cat will need from toys to playtime and everything in between. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending CCH to any cat Mom or Dad to consider in the event you need to have your cat boarded for a period of time. There is no one I've met who loves cats more than Allison. ❤️❤️❤️

Every day, I got videos of Alison playing with her, brushing her, and giving her all the attention she adores—truly more than she gets at home. Bella looked vibrant, relaxed, and completely content, especially perched by the windows watching birds in the cool St. Joseph breeze.

What really sets this place apart is Alison herself. She notices everything—from Bella’s moods to her occasional constipation—and checks in to make sure she is healthy in every way. She gives personalized tips that are genuinely helpful; she is like a walking “Google for Cats,” and I often go to her for advice.

Alison’s love for animals is heartfelt and real. She cares deeply for every pet that comes through her doors, and it shows.

If you want complete peace of mind while travelling, this is the best place you could leave your cat. Bella always comes home happy—and I feel confident knowing she is loved, safe, and wonderfully cared for.

I started using Alison’s comfort cat hotel in 2022 to board my beloved boy Loki. I love that it is cage-free!! The suites are clean, extremely spacious and filled with toys and comfortable surfaces for your fur baby. The communication you receive is top tier. The regular photo and video updates are reassuring and allow me to enjoy my travels with total peace of mind. Loki has some minor health concerns and Alison is very vigilant and over the years has gone above and beyond in offering advice and care for him.

Loki is comfortable and happy with her and I always come home to a well cared for cat. Alison is professional and a true cat lover and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better pet sitter. I trust her completely and recommend her without hesitation.

Leaving Jay while I was in medical school in Barbados from 2022 to 2023 during my breaks was never easy, especially because he is a senior cat and very particular about people and new environments. But every single time he stayed with Alison I had complete peace of mind. Alison truly went above and beyond. She even came to pick him up each time which made everything so much easier for me. From the moment he arrived she had everything set up for him like he was royalty. He had his own comfortable space, attention, and care tailored specifically to him. It honestly felt like he was treated like a king. Jay does not warm up to just anyone, but he clearly loved being there and seemed so happy and relaxed. Alison sent me constant updates with pictures and videos which meant everything to me while I was away. Seeing my senior boy comfortable and well cared for made being apart so much easier during such a demanding time in medical school. Alison is amazingly caring and sweet and truly has a special way with cats. She treated Jay like her own with patience and love. I would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for exceptional care and I would trust her again without hesitation.
