I decided to leave Dior under the care of Alison and her helper, Neville at the Comfort Cat Hotel as I travelled overseas. I feel really confident that this was a very good decision for my kitten, Dior. Alison sent beautiful collages with little messages and videos of Dior’s progress from being nervous and becoming confident and relaxed in her space and with her.
I wanted Dior to feel like she was at home and this is what Alison provided, from regular and thoughtful feeding, regular playtime with different toys (trying to find the one’s that Dior would like the most), regular cuddles and letting Dior give her kisses which is her favourite thing to give.
Alison is knowledgable and knows how to navigate reassuring both the parent and the cat under her care. If you want your cat to have an amazing experience while you are abroad and you in return have peace of mind and a happy cat on your return, I’d highly recommend the Comfort Cat Hotel. Thank you ❤️

From the very beginning I felt comfortable knowing that, at the Comfort Cat Hotel, my cats would be in a safe and quiet environment. And, I can attest to the fact that they were in the best hands for the 2 weeks I was away on vacation. They were well cared for and loved.

I received regular updates in the form of texts, pictures, and videos. These updates gave me peace of mind, as I was able to see that Mischief and Meow were happy, safe and receiving plenty of attention while I was away.

My 2 rascals were quite content when I took them back home. It was as if I'd never left them.

I'm extremely grateful for the care, kindness and attention bestowed upon my babies at the Comfort Cat Hotel, and I will definitely be booking them another stay for my next trip! 🐱🐱💕

Hiring CCH was the BEST decision we made in planning our trip. I was definitely really nervous about leaving our cat for two weeks since he is older, but Alison immediately put me at ease when I dropped him off. She regularly sent us updates during our trip, and receiving videos of Obie made us so happy. It’s obvious that Alison really really cares about her clients, and I know Obie was definitely pampered while he was there. I will definitely use CCH again!

Alison was a pleasure, very organized and clearly loves cats. She offered good advice and timely updates. I especially appreciated the update on how they settled in on the first night. Knowing they were well taken care of gave me peace of mind during our travels. Thanks Alison!

The hotel is an excellent place to send your loved ones to. Alison gives them love and attention and they return as if they never left. I would recommend to anyone who wants to feel comfortable that their kittens will be well looked after.

Alison did a good job looking after Max while we were overseas for 12 days; she won him over quickly and provided regular video/photo updates of how/what he was doing. She provided daily attention and stimulation to Max unlike he would have gotten at a more hands-off cat-boarding service - her effort and services were much appreciated. Thanks Alison!

Binx stayed with Alison at comfort cat hotel for nearly 3 months whilst we had to go back to the uk . I honestly can not give this place enough praise . Alison and Neville care for the cats as if they were their own and we had regular updates . Binx settled really quickly and that is because of the lovely environment.
Would recommend to anyone looking to leave their furry baby in home from home comforts and first class care . Thank you Alison and Neville ❤️

If you have any sort of reserve about a service like this, don't, as this is THE place to be! Alison treats your cats as if they are her own, going above and beyond with play time with cool cat toys, and the updates including pictures and videos were exactly what we were looking for. 10/10! We will definitely be back and be spreading the word!

We can’t recommend Alison enough. Very thorough and takes very good care of cats. There is not much she doesn’t know about cat behavior, cat welfare and all-in-all gives owners like me complete peace of mind. Maggie enjoys her visits very much - so many toys and so much personal attention and playtime.
