The hotel is an excellent place to send your loved ones to. Alison gives them love and attention and they return as if they never left. I would recommend to anyone who wants to feel comfortable that their kittens will be well looked after.

Alison did a good job looking after Max while we were overseas for 12 days; she won him over quickly and provided regular video/photo updates of how/what he was doing. She provided daily attention and stimulation to Max unlike he would have gotten at a more hands-off cat-boarding service - her effort and services were much appreciated. Thanks Alison!

Binx stayed with Alison at comfort cat hotel for nearly 3 months whilst we had to go back to the uk . I honestly can not give this place enough praise . Alison and Neville care for the cats as if they were their own and we had regular updates . Binx settled really quickly and that is because of the lovely environment.

If you have any sort of reserve about a service like this, don't, as this is THE place to be! Alison treats your cats as if they are her own, going above and beyond with play time with cool cat toys, and the updates including pictures and videos were exactly what we were looking for. 10/10! We will definitely be back and be spreading the word!

We can’t recommend Alison enough. Very thorough and takes very good care of cats. There is not much she doesn’t know about cat behavior, cat welfare and all-in-all gives owners like me complete peace of mind. Maggie enjoys her visits very much - so many toys and so much personal attention and playtime.

Alison took amazing care of my cat, Ginger, during his boarding stay. She was incredibly patient and intentional about helping him feel comfortable, spending quality time with him and giving him the attention and care he needed. By the end of his stay, they had truly become best friends!

She also kept great communication throughout the entire time by sending regular updates, photos, and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. Alison has been an absolute god send for the 3 years we have been in Barbados. We initially used her services, as we knew few people when we arrived on the island, but now I wouldn’t use anyone else. She cares for my cats as if they are her own, and gives regular updates. She was also amazing when one of my cats was having respiratory issues during his stay, and helped get him sorted out. Each time we return, our cats settle in immediately and come home relaxed and content. It is rare to find a place that consistently maintains such a high standard over many years.
