We would definitely let our cat stay with Alison again, she was really attentive and sweet with him. The room had loads of little places for him to relax and toys for him to play with. I also loved getting the photos and video updates. I'd highly recommend the cat hotel

Alison took amazing care of my cat, Ginger, during his boarding stay. She was incredibly patient and intentional about helping him feel comfortable, spending quality time with him and giving him the attention and care he needed. By the end of his stay, they had truly become best friends!

She also kept great communication throughout the entire time by sending regular updates, photos, and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear that Ginger was happy, safe, and well cared for. I highly recommend Alison to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate cat boarding service!

Alison has been an absolute god send for the 3 years we have been in Barbados. We initially used her services, as we knew few people when we arrived on the island, but now I wouldn’t use anyone else. She cares for my cats as if they are her own, and gives regular updates. She was also amazing when one of my cats was having respiratory issues during his stay, and helped get him sorted out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her!

The owner is exceptional. She is warm, attentive, and deeply knowledgeable about feline behaviour and wellbeing. She also takes the time to understand each cat’s personality and routines, which gives complete peace of mind while we are away. We always receive thoughtful updates, which reassures us that our cats are not just being looked after, but genuinely cared for.
Each time we return, our cats settle in immediately and come home relaxed and content. It is rare to find a place that consistently maintains such a high standard over many years.
We cannot recommend this cat hotel highly enough. It has become our trusted home-away-from-home for our cats, year after year. Truly outstanding in every way.

I am very happy with the care the cats received. At first I was scared that they would misbehave because they are not used to being indoors for such a long time, and they are not very social with other humans, but Alison won them over and they behaved as good as they could.

What a fabulous find if you are looking for loving reliable care for your cat. Your cat will be treated like royalty and like they are part of the family, what we all want when we leave our pets.

Alison was so lovely and accommodated keeping my maddie boops during my purchasing & renovating a house. With many a delay, alison went the extra mile to keep maddie safe & comfortable. I was able to visit her so she didn't feel I abandoned her.

Fabulous cat hotel! My fur babies enjoy the time they spend here. There’s lots to do: ladders to climb, cat trees to explore, boxes to curl up in. And Aunty Alison has an array of toys to play with and feathery items that are good to jump at. She especially makes time for them and plays with each (I have three!) I leave them with Alison knowing that they will be taken care of and that they are safe which is the constant worry of a pet owner. Full kudos to Comfort Cat Hotel!!

The Comfort Cat Hotel (CCH) is indeed a "home away from home" for cats. During my various travels I found comfort (pun intended) in Alison and her team to take care of Tommie and provide the level of safe and caring environment she is accustomed to at home. The CCH offers all the amenities a cat will need from toys to playtime and everything in between. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending CCH to any cat Mom or Dad to consider in the event you need to have your cat boarded for a period of time. There is no one I've met who loves cats more than Allison. ❤️❤️❤️
