I have never met anyone so devoted to the welfare and comfort of our cats as Alison is. We have boarded our cats with Alison for 2 years consecutively. Alison would send us video and text updates of our boys on a regular basis- and when we went to collect our cats I really think that they would have rather stayed with her! The love and attention that Alison gives to our cats, alongside her knowledge of cat behaviour and understanding of their needs is nothing I have ever experienced in the UK. She is a truly wonderful and special person- if your cat is boarding with her you can sleep soundly in the knowledge that they are having the best time!!

Sweet Pea gained an auntie when she boarded with Alison and CCH. She was treated like royalty and I think she appreciated the calm environment while we were away. We received so many updates and a lot of information before we left. The process is super efficient. We will certainly be booking again when needed.

Leaving our cat with Alison is the best decision I make every time we go away. Her Cattery is everything you hope for - cosy, secure and genuinely loving. The pens are spacious with plenty of toys, viewing and climbing platforms to keep cats entertained and happy and it’s clear that every detail has been thought through with the cats wellbeing in mind.
What really sets Alison apart is how personalised her care is. She takes the time to get to know each cat’s personality and routine, so our cat settles in quickly. The regular photos and updates she sends are such a reassurance. I always know our cat is in safe, kind hands.
I couldn’t recommend Alison more highly. She doesn’t just look after cats; she genuinely loves them.

Aunty Alison is a cat whisperer. They all love her, and she loves them! There is no one we would trust more with our senior cats than her. Her keen instinct recognized a health issue that needed urgent treatment and gained us more time with our beloved Jasmine. We are forever grateful!

We’ve left our spunky little Marble with Aunty Alison multiple times. And each time, we knew that Marble was in great hands and safe. Alison not only took care of our kitty, but truly loved and cared for her. We always looked forward to our videos and photo updates :) We’d recommend comfort cat hotel to anyone !

My CJ spent two marvelous weeks with Alison. As evidenced by the daily videos and CJ’s disposition, I can attest that he received excellent care and totally enjoyed his stay. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Alison and comfort cat hotel. Every time I travel, I leave my sweet senior Philo in her care with complete peace of mind. Alison takes such incredible care of him. It’s clear how much love, patience and attention she gives to every cat. Philo comes home relaxed, happy and well cared for which means the world to me. The hotel is so well maintained. There are plenty of toys and porch area to keep them entertained and stimulated. Alison is the only person I feel 100% confident leaving him with. I highly recommend Alison and her hotel, she is truly the best. Philo and I are so grateful for her.

We have four cats, three of which Alison has cared for since they were kittens. Alison’s is a home from home, somewhere you know your babies are in comfort and being taken cared for brilliantly. Alison sends regular photos and videos to let you see how they settle and play, One holiday, when daisy was tiny, she had a bowel blockage, alison noticed very quickly something was up and isolated Daisy from her siblings so she would know for sure if there was a problem , she kept Daisy with her day and night in a soft kennel, it was scary but we knew alison would care as much as we do.
